Use Of Sweep Command In Solidworks

 

Types Of Sweep Boss/Base

1) Sketch profile. 

2) Circular profile.

1) Sketch profile;-

      In sketch profile you have to draw any sketch profile and one path with respect to profile

as shown in following picture

- Then select sketch profile in profile selection box And path in path selection box

- You Can select profile orientation & profile twist in Options

As shown in following picture

2) Circular Profile :-

In this type you need to draw only path or line and enter the diameter of circle you needed then after selecting the path it will be converted into circular sweep
