NX support modeling of both complex surfaces and solid models. and has more advanced freeform modeling capabilities. For one company specialising in advanced composite- based vehicles. modeling in nx means faster analysis and faster design interation and alternatives.
What does NX stands for in siemens?
Officially NX does not stands for anything but the name came from marging of technology from SDRC I-DEAS with UGS unigraphics to deliver the next generation cad system.
